'Our stay at Les Rouges Terres Gites was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The grounds are stunning, beautifully maintained, and provide the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The Wishing Well Gite itself is beautiful, full of character, comfort, and thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly at home. Anne--Marie and Kirk are exceptional hosts, warm, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring their guests have a memorable stay. A special mention must also go to Potter, their lovely dog, who added even more charm to the experience. For those looking to enjoy a relaxing evening at the gîte, reasonably priced meal options are available and are highly recommended. The food was simply outstanding, with every meal expertly prepared to an exceptionally high standard and bursting with flavour, clearly reflecting the care and passion behind each dish. From the beautiful surroundings to the outstanding hospitality and delicious cuisine, Les Rouges Terres Gites exceeded all expectations. We would highly recommend it and look forward to returning in August.'

'Just stayed here and couldn't ask for a more perfect setting, we stayed in the wishing well cottage, beautiful with its own private garden and hot tub overlooking the lake. The cottage was very well equipped with toiletries, towels and bathrobes. The owners Kirk and Anne-marie could not have been more welcoming and accommodating with knowledge of the surrounding area with plenty of ideas of where to visit and what there is to do. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back with friends, as there is much more to see and do than we could fit in the time we had here. 5*'

'Amazing location and beautiful setting!
Hosted by Anne-Marie, Kirk & Potter the dog who are friendly, and very knowledgeable about the local area and beyond. The tranquil setting, with a huge array of wildlife makes for an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The accommodation offers a country living feel within the shared grounds of an ancient farm steading. The driveway alone makes you feel like you are heading off the beaten track and away from the crazies! Just a short drive away from many of the main attractions such as the Normandy beaches (D-Day landings), British war memorial, USA war memorial, Bayeaux Cathedral, Mont Saint Michel and many, many more. These places can get very busy during the main season, but when you return to ‘Les Rouge Terres Gites’ the peace and tranquillity resumes. A truly great place to be and stay! Already looking forward to coming again in the future.'

'We had a fantastic experience at Les Rouges Terres Gites and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The property was spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped; with everything we needed for cooking and even a BBQ. It was also thoughtfully stocked with all the essential toiletries which made our stay even more convenient. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep and the shower was excellent-consistently hot with strong water pressure. Kirk and Anne-Marie were wonderful hosts, welcoming and attentive. They provided great recommendations for places to visit both in the local town and in Mont St Michel which really enhanced our trip. Over all, a superb place to stay-we happily recommend it and can't wait to return!'

'Great stay over the Christmas period. We were given clear instructions of the best route to take and were met upon arrival to assist with the check in and given a tour of the property. The accommodation is tastefully decorated and spacious, while the bed is extremely comfy. Despite the freezing weather, we never felt cold inside. The gardens and grounds are lovely and peaceful. There are supermarkets, car charging stations etc a short drive away and many tourist attractions around Normandy within an easy drive. We have had a great time and would be happy to come back and stay again.'
